A Map of the Current Season
Here at Talebones, our publication schedule is seasonal.
Each season lasts for three months:
Spring: March - May
Summer: June - August
Fall: September - November
Winter: December - February
All of the current-season content is free to read and accessible to all.
When the season ends, some content will be moved behind the paywall and only accessible through a paid subscription by joining The Talebones Council.
Councilmembers have full access to paywalled fiction, exclusive resources, discounts, and so much more!

FALL 2024 Schedule
The FALL 2024 SEASON runs September - November.

This Fall, I will be taking a hiatus from serial fiction and working on the following goals:
Short Fiction: to stay sharp, I’ll be publishing 2-3 pieces of short fiction per month in whatever style or genre suits my fancy.
Publication: My biggest goal is to publish my first collection of Ferris Island short stories, called The Orchard Hounds, in both ebook and paperback format.
New Merch: Now that the cooler weather is upon us here in the northern hemisphere, I’m working on a Fall/Winter Merch Drop featuring beanie hats, hoodies, and new mugs for cold-weather sips!
Launch Chat Feature: This Fall, we’re going to experiment with a handful of new ways to communicate as a community, including more regular use of Substack’s Chat feature! Stay tuned for details about how the free vs paid Chats will work.
