I don't know if they count as spring flowers but I would say without hesitation - violets. They start appearing around my birthday in early February and they tell me that winter does end, you know, it really does.
Plus they are probably my favourite colour.
And of course they have the most divine scent in the history of the world. It is impossible to doubt the existence of the Goddess when realising that there is such a thing as a violet.
Part of me is hoping there isn't a violet emoji, perhaps for that very reason. So I am not going to tempt fate and go looking for it.
