Summer Season Housekeeping

Hello, all!

Normally I’m not planning to post two “Dear Reader” posts in one week, but we’re coming up on the start of our Summer Season of fiction, and I wanted to make sure that everyone is prepped and excited!

Here are a few things to double-check before the season starts…

First, visit our Current Publishing Schedule if you haven’t already, to see what’s on offer this month, including a horror short story (with a twist!), as well as the first few sections of our magical realism serialized novella, Ivy & Ixos, which will run through the summer.

Let us know what you’re excited for in the comments!

Second, make sure you’re signed up to receive all of the free emails from Talebones, including all of the sections you’re interested in.

Not sure how to make sure you’re getting everything you want? Follow these instructions…

• When you’re on the Talebones homepage, click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the screen. In the drop-down menu, choose Manage subscription.

• Scroll down to the Notifications area and toggle ON or OFF the emails you want to receive from me from different sections of Talebones. You can choose any or all of them…it’s up to you!

Third, while you’re experimenting with your subscription notifications, take a look at our newest section: TALESTACK NEWS!

This subsidiary of Talebones is a sister publication that will post updates about the fiction side of Substack twice monthly on Mondays! You can choose to receive emails from TALESTACK NEWS using the instructions above. You can also choose to ONLY receive emails from TALESTACK NEWS if you desire!
