A lovey finishing. Like others, the duality of the characters crept up on me slowly and was all the more satisfying for it. I don't think it's a forlorn hope to be looking forward to more, whether it's a new series, or self-contained stories. That was the most satisfying ending! And I am so glad that Flora got away. I have a serious aversion to the merest thought of people in cages.
And one should, I believe, always leave open the possibility for one's villains to return.
And I do love that museum idea. I bet that museum will be chock full of story ideas and pretexts for investigations...
