Be well! Don't try to schedule your healing! Walk, eat, sing, play! Come back when you're ready, not before!

Big kudos for recognizing early what's happening for you and taking measures to do something about it. That bodes well for quick recovery. We'll look forward to having you back on the other side of March after your hiatus, which will hopefully be restful and rejuvenating for you.

Running hard (both literally and metaphorically 😉) makes you HUNGRY. So during your hiatus, eat up lots of whatever fuels you! 💛

That is an excellent idea! I think I'll take a hiatus in March, too.

Take care of yourself, S.E. Burnout.

Rest up! It's so true about burnout and the impossibility of sharing from an empty cup. I'm lately finding my own docket full with a half-dozen projects that I myself created, or invited into my life, and am grateful they're here, but it's exhausting to have them here *all at once*. 😄 Here's to as mellow a March as possible.

Look after yourself S.E. Hopefully a Mellow March will refill your creative cup. It’s an excellent idea and kudos for listening to and accepting what your body is saying to you 🤩 We’ll still be here patiently content to wait. I’m sure we’d all prefer waiting, rather than risk the cup running dry.

I’ve been rather ignoring my body’s signs of burnout. Foolishly hoping that it will just go away because it’s inconvenient. Creativity is a such a finely tuned balancing act isn’t it? My ND brain in particular struggles a lot with switching off in a timely fashion. I will try to follow your example and make March a hibernation/self care month.

Take care.
