October is nearing its conclusion, and we’re over halfway through with our Fall Season here on Talebones! Can you believe it?

In Case You Missed It…
We finally have a piece of short fiction on the board for October! Check out Glossy, in which a shy teacher with a secret dream leaves his comfort zone and comes face to face with the supernatural.
Goldgreen is nearing the end!
In Episode Seven: The Wolf In The Woods, the production is falling apart, Jim faces down Mr. Weaver, and a historic storm is knocking on the island’s front door…
This Friday we’ll have the final chapter, Episode Eight, and the week after that will be a quick epilogue and—possibly—some form of Q&A! Stay tuned!
For The Rest Of October…
I’m planning to stay strong with my goal of two more pieces of short fiction before the month is through, so fingers crossed! My hope is to post one this week, and—if all goes well—a spooky Hallowe’en special on the 31st!
As a reminder: after October is over, I will be taking a break from posting any serial content in November. Instead, I’ll be attempting to continue posting short fiction, and will be posting some guest posts and collaborations, TBA!
During my break I’ll be working on prepping a serial to run throughout our Winter Season! And perhaps using National Novel Writing Month as a backdrop to get it done (though not being too strict with my wordcount, I imagine!).

I need to jump onto Goldgreen after how much I enjoyed Ivy & Ixos and Glossy. I also have some summer Ferris Island shorts to catch up on too I believe.
I'm very excited for Ivy & Ixos to be a physical book. I'm gonna have to get two. One for me and one I can loan out to everyone and then buy copies for those who also enjoy it
I'll be using NaNo to finish up my current novel, if I can manage it: also I'm really excited about the Goldgreen finale and the Halloween special and the physical Ivy/Ixos book. So much going on! Wow!
